I enjoy that that requires creativity. Sometimes I write. Sometimes I sing in the shower--I am particularly fond of duets! Other subjects that interest me: holistic health, science, psychology, alternative philosophies and some aspects of metaphysics, some social issues (gender issues, race issues, mostly with an anthropological perspective), sexuality, cultures and languages (I have set foot in 12 countries and know profanities in multiple languages!).

I have been fortunate to meet local artists and musicians that keep me tuned to eclectic events. Meeting this community has inspired several creative endeavors.

My glass is half full. I am a live-and-let-live type and think most things are gray more than black and white. I like to be good at whatever I do and extend this aspiration to my submission. I used to be a shy child and have worked to overcome my shyness to become more outgoing. I am motivated to grow.

I had a conservative upbringing and have a non-conservative outlook. I can function in both worlds. Outside of family and work, socially I lean towards a non-straightlaced, non-conservative existence and crowd. I choose the Red River district (the edgier, more alternative part of downtown Austin) over the Warehouse district (mostly young professionals and a mainstream crowd). I lean towards the liberal side of things, especially with respect to social issues. I prefer NPR over Fox News.

I completed college with a degree in electrical engineering. I am currently self employed. I consider work a private matter and think it is best at either end of the question to leave details beyond general type of work to the ones volunteered.

I have been aware of my BDSM interests since early childhood. My experience includes various forms of submission: physical/corporal, service, worshipful submission, mental submission, more. I have not filled out the checklist because I find checklists, especially binary ones, too limiting. For me, BDSM is largely mental and I love to see a woman in power. I have had some wonderful moments through such experiences and have earned flattering comments consistently.

I have dark hair, dark eyes, and a tan complexion. I am physically attractive with a lean, athletic build. I appear to be in good shape, which I attribute to stretching (on the couch) and exercise (brisk walk from my car when I'm late for work). Thank you, Dad, for the excellent metabolism rate.

The more commonality I feel with a Domme, the more I am drawn to her. I am attracted to feminine charm (the drawn-to-commonality comment does not apply in this case ;-) ), wit, a pretty face, pretty hands and feet, intelligence, and confidence. Ideally, I would like to find a woman locally with whom I am compatible for BDSM and traditional companionship. I would be most compatible with someone with whom I feel attraction and chemistry, and who sees several commonalities as she reads the text above. I am not exclusively seeking a long-term companion. Until I find such, I see value in a relationship based on BDSM only. Here, I would be most compatible with someone with whom I feel attraction/chemistry and share bdsm interests. I think it is best to meet people without specific expectations and see to what extent interests and what is sought by each align, and to see what chemistry evolves.

I have been fortunate to meet some people who share my interest in BDSM, and with whom I click socially as I do with friends outside of BDSM. I am interested to meet others who have similar social interests for networking and to grow this circle.
