i remember learning a self-hypnosis technique for quitting smoking many years ago. after going into a trance, i was to repeatedly think certain thoughts, just a couple, almost like a mantra (smoking will make you nauseous was one of them).
There are times where i have a few minutes to spare to mentally escape, but where i can't really stretch out and listen to a 20 or 30 minute recording. Goddess, i'm wondering if You would recommend this type of self-hypnosis to reinforce Your control. if so, what should i think about while in a trance? i remember how to induce a trance by clasping my hands and imagining that my thumbs are attracting magnets. If you have another suggestion for induction, i would love to hear that too. Thanks.
