Thanks guys, it makes me smile to see those messages.
What happened to my back is a mystery somewhat, I've had scoliosis since I was a kid, but it's very mild. For the last year and a half I've been working online at the computer for at least 8 hours a day. Also I do a lot of gaming and I basically live most of my life on the computer. Until I get to the doctor I won't know for sure what it is, but these things haven't helped for sure. I can only say the pain starts in my upper back and moves to my neck and head where it then becomes bad enough to put me in bed.
I'm still working on yesterday's work because I can't sit long enough at the computer I have to lie down. In the time it took to type this, I now have maybe a few more minutes in me before I have to get up.
i am sorry to hear of the problems with Your back. :( i hope that You feel better as soon as possible so that You can be Yourself ready to do whatever You wish or desire.
whats happened to your back?....I slipped a disc a few years back the pain was so bad I couldn't do anything but lie on my side, worse still the disc laid on my sciatic nerve causing damage....I suffer with it everyday....but the pain meds I have are volterol and tramadol......they are good you can take paracetamol with these also, get to the dr if you already haven't, the more you try and function the more damage you will do to your hip and knees also your ankle..seriously a bad back can mess you up.
